The Opportunity

High Caliber Home is a fast-growing residential service company with an established customer base and consistent installation work year-round. We are looking for a skilled Lead Electrician Installer to help us grow our Electrical division 10X over the next five years.

High Caliber Home is owned by Next Level Pros, a national training and business development organization dedicated to helping trades professionals build world-class careers and companies.

What You Will Do

As our Lead Installer, you will run full residential electrical system installations from start to finish while delivering a clean, professional experience for every homeowner.

• Lead residential electrical system installations from start to finish
• Remove and replace electrical panels, perform service upgrades, and install auto-standby generator equipment
• Install to code — or better
• Ensure all work meets manufacturer specifications and local code requirements
• Maintain high standards for craftsmanship, cleanliness, and organization on every job site
• Communicate clearly and professionally with homeowners throughout the process
• Coordinate with service electricians and sales advisors as needed
• Document installation details and job completion accurately

Compensation & Benefits

• $92,000 – $158,000 per year (hourly or salary, based on experience)

What We Are Looking For

• 10 years of residential electrical installation experience
• Proven experience with residential panels, service upgrades, auto-standby generators, EV chargers, and indoor/outdoor lighting
• Ability to lead an installation from start to finish with minimal oversight
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship
• Ability to work efficiently while maintaining high standards
• Clean driving record and professional appearance
• A team-first attitude and pride in doing the job right
