- Follow all OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) guidelines to maintain a safe working environment
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in accordance with HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) protocols and food safety regulations
- Assist with meat cutting processes, ensuring proper knife skills are applied for precise portioning
- Monitor product quality throughout the packing process, identifying any defects or deviations from standards
- Support the overall sanitation efforts of the food processing plant by adhering to sanitation schedules and procedures

Skills
