Salary : $80-110K / year
Shift : 1st, Monday to Friday
Location : Minneapolis, MN
Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Reports directly to the Plant Manager.
- Lead all maintenance activities at the facilities, including mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
- Improve functionality and reliability of all production and facility equipment.
- Manage and schedule facility and equipment work assignments.
- Perform and schedule all preventative maintenance tasks.
- Develop and implement safety processes and procedures.
- Manage building, equipment, capital expenditures, and parts and labor budgets.
- Prepare maintenance reports.
- Identify and evaluate parts suppliers, negotiate with service companies.
- Conduct training for all maintenance staff.
- Supervise and mentor the maintenance team and maintain staffing levels.
- Respond to emergency alarms.
