Developers already use our platform and API's to move billions of dollars in production environments around the world. But we view this as the beginning rather than the end.

About the Team
The HIFI GTM team is responsible for bringing the platform into production. We work directly with customers to scope use cases, design flows, and support integrations from first API call through sustained volume. The work is technical and detail-driven, requiring an understanding of payment rails, stablecoins, and operational constraints. We focus on clarity over persuasion, and measure success in live deployments, reliable systems, and long-term usage.
As an Account Executive at HIFI, you will own a book of business across fintech and crypto customers, from initial outreach through production deployment and long-term expansion. The role combines customer development with technical execution—working closely with founders, developers, and operators to scope use cases, design payment and stablecoin flows, and bring integrations live. Success is measured in live volume, reliability of deployed flows, and sustained growth over time—not demos, meetings, or pipeline optics.
Responsibilities
- Own a book of business from initial outreach through production launch and sustained volume
- Proactively identify, research, and engage ICPs aligned with HIFI’s infrastructure and corridors
- Scope customer use cases and design payment and stablecoin flows using HIFI APIs
- Lead technical integrations from first API call through go-live and post-launch operations
- Coordinate with product, engineering, compliance, and ops to unblock deployments
- Monitor live integrations and support reliability, performance, and expansion over time
- Surface product gaps, edge cases, and documentation issues based on real customer usage

Additional Requirement

Compensation
Base salary performance-based OTE, with upside directly tied to live production volume.

Salary : $90,000 - $120,000
