Job Description:
Grounds upkeep (cut grass, trim small trees and bushes), minor building repair and maintenance (painting, repair drywall, light fixtures, toilets and sinks).
Requirements:
- Willing to learn with a positive attitude
- Reliable, dependable and show up to work on time
- Able to follow directions
- Lift, push, and pull 50lbs. unassisted
- Skilled in the use of operating power and hand tools
- Must be able read, write, speak, and understand English
- Must be ok to work in all-weather environment climates
Schedule: Monday - Friday (you pick 3 days) 6:00am - 2:30pm
Hours Per Week: 24
Location: Aiea Area
Payrate: $20 per hour

** $200 Referral Bonus (w/ 80hrs worked) **
** Every 1,560hrs worked you will receive 40hrs BONUS **
