What are the responsibilities and job description for the Delivery Driver (Non CDL) position at HiEmployment?

Job Description:
- Load and unload trucks
- Pick and load materials to/from trucks, pallets and other transport vehicles
- Secure loads pre and post trip
- Safely and efficiently drive delivery box truck or van (weight less than 26,000lbs)
- Deliver company products over established route
- Vehicle inspections and payment collection
- Develop and maintain customer relationships
- Positively represent company
- Keep vehicle interior clean
- Report any accidents or delays
Working Conditions:
- Long hours sitting, standing, bending, walking, stretching and lifting up to 50lbs
- Drive around entire island in potentially heavy traffic
- May be exposed to heat, cold, dust and irritants
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid Hawaii driver’s license
- Must wear steel toe boots
- Able to read, write and speak English
- 1-2 years of previous driving experience in delivery vehicle preferred
- Experience using forklift and electric pallet jack
- Have or able to get Medical PUC Card
Schedule: Monday - Friday (6am - 4pm or until finish)
*Must be flexible - business demands may require adjusted start/overtime)
Payrate: $24 per hour
Worksite Location: Dillingham - Kalihi area

** $200 Referral Bonus (w/ 80hrs worked) **
** Every 1,560hrs worked you will receive 40hrs BONUS **
