Ad CoordinatorLocation: Preferably Hawaii (Honolulu) — open to Southern California Reports to: Marketing DirectorAbout the role:We’re looking for a detail-oriented Ad Coordinator to keep the engine of our ad-supported business running smoothly. This person will traffic, monitor, and optimize campaigns across Google Ad Manager (AdSense), The Trade Desk, and direct-sold placements. You’ll be the link between sales, content, and tech—ensuring every impression delivers value to both users and partners.What You’ll Do• Set up, traffic, and QA digital campaigns in Ad Manager, AdSense, and The Trade Desk.• Implement creative assets, pixels, and targeting parameters for direct and programmatic (PMP/Open Exchange) campaigns.• Monitor pacing, delivery, and performance; recommend optimizations to hit KPIs.• Troubleshoot discrepancies or serving errors in coordination with ad-tech partners.• Maintain dashboards, revenue reports, and monthly billing / invoicing accuracy.• Manage unsold inventory, floor pricing, and yield optimization strategies.• Collaborate with editorial and product teams to balance monetization with user experience.• Stay current on privacy, viewability, and brand-safety standards (IAB, GDPR, CCPA).• Assist in testing new ad formats and audience-targeting capabilities.What You Bring• 2 years in digital advertising / ad operations / campaign management.• Hands-on experience with Google Ad Manager (DFP), AdSense, and The Trade Desk.• Understanding of programmatic workflows, RTB, and PMP deals.• Strong Excel / Google Sheets and data-analysis skills.• Excellent organization, communication, and follow-through.• Self-starter comfortable collaborating across remote teams.• Bonus points: Familiarity with tourism & travel media or Hawaiian markets.Salary Range: TBD (Negotiable - depending on experience and scope)#HVR123
