Bi-lingual Receptionist 

Position Overview:

HNS Recovery is seeking a seasoned Receptionist with a solid background in office administration and exceptional client service skills. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is proficient in managing multiple administrative tasks simultaneously.

Key Duties:

• Greet and welcome incoming guests with professionalism and warmth.
• Maintain a full-time presence at the front desk.
• Efficiently handle over 300 calls daily, ensuring accurate identification of clients or consumers.
• Diligently update and maintain our computer systems with all incoming information or changes and notify relevant caseworkers as necessary.
• Answer and accurately route all incoming phone calls to the appropriate departments.
• Maintain and update phone lists and spreadsheets.
• Undertake additional administrative duties as assigned by Management.
• Continuously provide professional, courteous, and exceptional client experiences.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Experience:                   At least 3 years of experience in office administration and managing a front desk.
Technical Skills:             Proficiency in Microsoft Windows, Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Communication:           Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Customer Service:        Must have a background in customer service; able to engage positively with clients and team members.
Attention to Detail:      Must be detail-oriented with a capability to handle complex information.
Multitasking:                 Strong ability to multitask and manage various tasks simultaneously.
Personality:                   Cheerful disposition, reliable, and timely.
Adaptability:                 Ability to work and adapt in a fast-paced environment, responding to changing business needs effectively.

Language Requirement:

Proficiency in English and Spanish is REQUIRED.

Schedule:

Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts.
