Duties
- Lead talent acquisition efforts by developing sourcing strategies, conducting interviews, and managing onboarding processes to attract top talent.
- Oversee employee orientation programs, ensuring new hires are well-integrated and aligned with company values.
- Manage performance management systems, including employee evaluations, goal setting, and feedback sessions to promote continuous improvement.
- Administer benefits programs, payroll processing, and HRIS (Human Resources Information System) to ensure accurate data management and compliance.
- Handle employee relations issues by mediating conflicts, conducting misconduct investigations, and implementing conflict management strategies.
- Ensure regulatory compliance by managing employment law adherence such as FMLA (Family and Medical Leave Act), OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration), workers' compensation, and HR legal requirements.
- Develop and implement HR programs related to organizational design, succession planning, change management, and process improvements to optimize human capital management.
Requirements
- Proven experience supervising HR teams with strong leadership skills in managing human resources functions.
