Production Technician – Cannabis (Buxton & Hollis, ME)
We’re looking for experienced production help to join our team. This is a hands-on role working across multiple areas of our operation, including packaging, labeling, harvest support, cleaning, and general production tasks.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Packaging, stickering, and labeling products
Assisting with harvests and post-harvest processing
Trimming cannabis
Maintaining clean and organized workspaces
Supporting day-to-day production needs across the facility
This role requires attention to detail, consistency, and the ability to move efficiently without cutting
corners.
This job is physically demanding. Standing on your feet for 6 hours a day sometimes 4 days in a row.

Requirements:
Must have a valid driver’s license
Must have a clean record
Must already have a valid RIC card
Must have prior hands-on experience in a cannabis production environment

This is not an entry-level position. We are specifically looking for individuals who understand this industry, know how to work in a fast-paced production setting, and can contribute right away.
