C*oastal Remedies is looking for a full-time Production Worker* to assist with manufacturing cannabis products, including pre-rolls, concentrates, and edibles. This is an entry-level role, and no prior cannabis experience is required—just a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
What You’ll Do:
- Assist with the preparation, packaging, and labeling of cannabis products
- Operate machinery and equipment used in the production process
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Follow safety protocols and comply with all regulatory standards
- Assist with inventory control and quality assurance
- Work collaboratively with other team members to meet production goals
What You’ll Need:
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to follow instructions and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
- Previous production or manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required
