What You'll Do
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Communicate with team members to ensure timely service
- Assist with prep and other kitchen tasks as needed
What We’re Looking For
- Basic understanding of professional cooking and knife handling skills.
- Understanding and knowledge of safety, sanitation and food handling procedures
- Previous cook experience.
- Stands/walks 6 to 8 hours per shift.
- Reaches, lifts and bends, frequently.
- Ability to take direction.
- Ability to read and write English.
- Must have problem solving abilities, be self-motivated, and organized.
- Ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure.
Salary : $30,150 - $38,873
