What Youll Do
- Serve as the primary financial contact for banking center clients
- Conduct consultative conversations to understand financial goals
- Recommend deposit, credit, and investment solutions aligned to
- Process transactions accurately while maintaining regulatory
- Open and manage new accounts with precision and professionalism
- Generate quality referrals to mortgage, ag, wealth, commercial, and
- Represent the bank in community events and relationship-building
- Contribute to branch growth through proactive outreach and service

We Are Seeking Candidates Who Bring
- 2 years of customer-facing experience in banking, retail
- Comfort discussing financial products and solutions
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Demonstrated accountability and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with professionalism
- Banking experience is valued but not required for candidates with
- High school diploma required; associate or bachelors degree
