What you’ll do:
- Maintain accurate financial records through daily and periodic general ledger balancing, including Federal Reserve balancing, Teller and ATM balancing, Loan balancing
- Perform reconciliations for key accounts, including Positive Pay and correspondent banks
- Help safeguard the Bank’s funds through effective use of Positive Pay controls
- Collaborate and cross‑train with accounting team members to support continuity and efficiency
- Assist with department projects and process improvements
- Support other departments by researching discrepancies and resolving accounting‑related questions
- Perform all duties in compliance with banking regulations, internal controls, and Bank policies

We are seeking candidates who bring:
- Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent; relevant coursework or experience is beneficial
- Prior banking experience, preferred
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Comfort working with numbers, reconciliations, and financial data
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
- Ability to manage deadlines in a structured, fast‑paced environment
- Professional communication skills and respect for confidentiality
- A team‑oriented mindset and willingness to support others
