Position Summary:
This position is responsible for planning, organizing and leading facilities maintenance operations.
Position Details:
- Plans, organizes and leads facilities maintenance operations
- Coordinates, assigns, and directs schedules (daily, weekly, monthly & yearly)
- Establishes priorities and timeframes for Maintenance Staff
- Monitors completion of job assignments through frequent field observation & inspections to ensure compliance with standards and instruction; revises instruction and timeframes as necessary
- Trains employees on equipment, task procedures, work standards & proper safety procedures
- Acts a point of contact for Plant Manager
Position Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of maintenance experience in a Plant/Industrial Maintenance environment
