Customer Account Lead/Specialist

We are looking for a seasoned Direct Marketing professional to assist in the overall direction of assigned accounts including successful implementation of projects and team goals. The position is based out of our Corporate Center office in Trenton, NJ. Initially, this position will be 100% onsite for training and then will be a hybrid position working at home and in the office.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to: 

•      Lead review and documentation of departmental processes and procedures.

•      Provide backup and support to the manager and workload management to other team members.

•      Develop and confirm customer specifications for projects.

•      Assist in recommending and developing new operational and strategic ideas for the department.

•      Provide appropriate escalation alerts impacting client deliverables.

Qualifications:

·      A minimum of 3 years of Direct Marketing experience is desired.

·      Experience in Microsoft Windows environment including Word and Excel.

·      Strong project management skills.

·      Effective conflict management skills.

·      Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

·      Must be able to prioritize and work with multiple deadlines.

·      Associates or bachelor’s degree desired.
