Pay: $20- 21.93/hour

Position Overview

The Customer Account Partner (CAP) is responsible for ensuring the success and satisfaction of customers by delivering exceptional service and maintaining long-term business relationships. This role serves as the primary day-to-day customer contact and supports order management activities while aligning with the company’s financial objectives and customer satisfaction standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
• Advocate for customer needs while supporting company products and services
• Provide oversight and support for order management activities
• Make business decisions aligned with company financial goals and customer service standards
• Ensure all activities comply with company policies related to:
• Safety
• Compliance
• Code of Conduct
• Deliver a high-quality customer experience across all interactions
  

Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
  
  

Experience

• Minimum 3 years of customer service experience managing a dedicated customer portfolio
• 3 years of B2B service management experience
• Proven track record of building successful customer relationships
• Experience in distribution and/or the chemical industry preferred
