Position Overview
As the Spa General Manager, you are the heartbeat of your location—fully empowered as the leader of your spa, the developer of your team, and the driver of your business performance.
You will oversee front-of-house teams, service providers, and daily spa operations, ensuring that every guest receives an exceptional experience “The Hiatus Way.”
This role balances people leadership, operational excellence, and business strategy, making it ideal for a results-driven leader passionate about developing teams and growing a successful business.
What You'll Do
Business Performance & Spa Leadership
Take ownership of your spa’s revenue growth, profitability, and operational performance
Monitor and drive KPIs including membership growth, retail sales, guest retention, and service utilization
Use financial insights and daily reporting to guide strategic business decisions
Manage budgets and optimize profitability while maintaining exceptional guest experiences
Partner with Med Spa leadership to expand and elevate aesthetics services
Collaborate with brand partners to host retail and wellness events
Team Leadership & Talent Development
Inspire, coach, and develop a high-performing spa team
Lead Front Desk, Guest Experience, and Service Provider teams
Build a culture of accountability, collaboration, and career growth
Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to recruit top talent
Ensure staffing levels meet guest demand and support revenue goals
Mentor team members and develop future leaders within the organization
Guest Experience Excellence
Champion “The Hiatus Way” guest experience
Ensure every guest receives personalized, results-driven services and expert recommendations
Drive membership growth and guest loyalty
Respond to guest feedback and continuously improve the guest journey
Maintain a spa environment that is beautiful, welcoming, and aligned with brand standards
Operational Excellence
Oversee daily spa operations including staffing, scheduling, payroll, and inventory
Execute operational SOPs and maintain consistent brand standards
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies
Maintain exceptional cleanliness, organization, and operational flow

Experience & Requirements
2 years management experience in spa, wellness, hospitality, or retail leadership
Proven track record of leading teams and driving business performance
Strong financial acumen and ability to manage KPIs and P&L
Passion for wellness, hospitality, and guest service
Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
Must be authorized to work in the United States
