Key Responsibilities of a Massage Therapist:

• Provide the highest level of customer service and deliver an outstanding spa experience to our members and guests through a friendly and nurturing attitude

• Massage Therapist is to provide consistent and professional therapeutic services, including Hiatus’ five points of difference for all massage therapy treatments

• Maintain expert knowledge from a Massage Therapist on product usage and deliver customized guest recommendations, thus achieving monthly retail sales goals

• Embrace and promote the Hiatus mission, philosophy, culture, and high expectations

• Promote to guests the health and wellness benefits of receiving massage therapy on a regular basis, and cross-sell additional spa services, add-ons, and retail products

• Massage Therapists is to build and maintain a regular clientele while promoting member referral and guest programs

• Maintain a clean, uncluttered treatment room; replenish all supplies at the end of the shift and prepare the room for the next service

• Remove or restock laundry, as required

• Clean and sanitize copper foot basins per TDLR requirement

Experience and Requirements

• We prefer candidates with 6 months of work experience in spa or massage environment

• Emphasis on luxury, warm and friendly customer service.

• An active Texas Massage Therapy License required

• Must be authorized to work in the United States

• Availability on weekends and evenings

• Texas Massage Therapy License Required

Salary Range: $27.00 to $62.00 Hourly

• Support daily spa operations, including room preparation, laundry, and sanitation in alignment with TDLR guidelines.
