The safety of our dogs and cleanliness of our facility are taken very seriously. You must be patient, dependable, hardworking and be comfortable with all sizes and breeds of dogs.
We are staffed 24 hours a day and open to clients from 6:30 am – 6:00 pm 7 days a week. We are hiring part-time attendants for our afternoon/evening shift. This would include some weekends and holidays. Applicant must be 17 years of age and be available at least 3-4 times pers week.
Responsibilities: ·
· Caring for boarding and daycare dogs
· Supervising playgroups
· Feeding, watering and administering medications
· Cleaning and sanitizing kennels
· Maintaining outside kennels
· Participate in continuing education
· Follow standard operating procedures
Requirements and Qualifications:
· Experience preferred but not required
· Must be 17 years of age
· Familiar with various dog breeds and their personalities
· Able to be on your feet for extended period of time
· Good communication skills
· Basic computer skills
· Reliable transportation
· Able to lift 35-40 lbs when needed
Compensation is based on shift and experience.
Pay: From $10.50 per hour
