- EPA Universal Certification
- Work from 28' extension ladder and 12' step ladder
- Ability to lift up-to 100 pounds
- Ability to work as a team and independently
- Customer service skills
- Mechanical aptitude
- HVAC, construction, electrical or similar industry experience - Desired
- HVAC Tech School Certificate - Desired
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
