Industrial Overhead Crane Parts Sales and Service experience is a must.

Inside Sales Support Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service to a group of customers in a timely manner
- Resolve customer related issues
- Provide customers with proper solutions to their concerns
- Identify and fulfill parts and service needs, prepare quotes and process orders
- Provide quotes to customers
- Order Entry
- Check order/shipping status
- Strong communication skills
- Basic office etiquette
- Field customer questions/concerns and respond quickly
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Team player
- Industrial Overhead Crane Parts Sales and Service experience
- Bachelors Degree Preferred
