Job Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Assistant Service Coordinator to support our service team in delivering exceptional service to our customers. The Assistant Service Coordinator work closely with our Service Coordinator to field customer calls, manage customer inquiries, scheduled services jobs, and coordinate with service technicians. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and organizational skills with a passion for renewable energy.
Duties
- Field all HI POWER Solar customer phone calls.
- Maintain communication with customers to provide updates on service schedules and address any concerns.
- Assist the Service Coordinator in scheduling and coordinating service jobs efficiently.
- Prepare and manage documentation related to service appointments, including estimates, invoices, and service documents.
- Collaborate with service team to ensure timely and effective service jobs.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing information about solar services.
- Help in tracking service metrics and generating reports to improve service efficiency.
- Contribute to a positive team environment and provide suggestions for service improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications or a degree in a related field is a plus.
- Previous experience in customer service or administrative roles.
- Previous experience within the energy or solar industry is preferred but not required.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn.
- A proactive attitude and a strong desire to support customers in adopting solar technology.
