Salary: $75,000–$85,000 annually, based on experience

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Roofing Superintendent to lead Foremen and field crews across multiple active commercial roofing projects in the Indianapolis market.

This position is responsible for ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard of quality while supporting field leadership, coordinating jobsite resources, and maintaining strong customer relationships.

What You’ll Do

• Oversee Foremen and field crews across multiple commercial roofing job sites.

• Visit active projects regularly to monitor safety, quality, productivity, and installation standards.

• Coach, mentor, and develop Foremen and field team members.

• Conduct performance reviews and provide recommendations for advancement and development.

• Coordinate materials, equipment, subcontractors, and field resources across active projects.

• Help maintain project schedules and ensure crews have the resources needed to stay productive.

• Serve as a key point of contact for customers throughout the project.

• Work closely with project management and operations teams to address field issues and keep projects moving forward.

• Ensure company safety standards and jobsite procedures are consistently followed.

What You Bring

• 2 years of experience leading Foremen and field crews on commercial roofing projects.

• Strong knowledge of commercial roofing installation and field operations.

• OSHA 30 certification.

• Strong leadership, scheduling, communication, and customer service skills.

• Ability to manage multiple active projects and field crews.

• Comfortable working at heights, climbing ladders, and working in varying weather conditions.

• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.

• Ability to successfully complete a pre-employment background check and drug screen.

Preferred Qualifications

• 5 years of commercial roofing supervision experience.

• Experience overseeing multiple crews or projects simultaneously.

• Specialized certifications or training in crane operation, forklift, aerial lift, rigging, or CERTA.

• Bilingual fluency is a plus.
