Responsibilities

• Assist with the planning, coordination, and execution of promotional events, brand activations, and marketing campaigns.
• Represent client brands at community events, retail locations, trade shows, and promotional venues.
• Engage with customers to increase brand awareness and create positive customer experiences.
• Educate consumers about products, services, and promotional offers.
• Support event setup, execution, and breakdown to ensure smooth operations.
• Distribute promotional materials, marketing collateral, and branded resources.
• Collaborate with marketing managers and team members to achieve campaign goals and improve event performance.
• Assist with tracking event results, customer feedback, and promotional activity.
• Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and professional development programs.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer engagement and enhance promotional strategies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is a plus.
• Strong interest in event marketing, promotions, communications, sales, or customer engagement.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly, outgoing personality with the ability to connect with diverse audiences.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
