Position Description:
Minimum Qualifications:
We are seeking temporary, detail-oriented support staff to assist with a focused review of historical Plans of Care within our Netsmart electronic health record (EHR) system. This short-term project supports compliance and quality assurance efforts by ensuring documentation accuracy for records from the past 18 months. The project is expected to take approximately 5 months to complete. This is a remote hourly temp position with flexible scheduling.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Log into the Netsmart EHR system to review assigned Plans of Care
Verify completion status, signature presence, and key documentation elements
Accurately track findings in a provided audit or tracking log
Flag missing, incomplete, or potentially non-compliant records for follow-up
Maintain strict confidentiality and HIPAA compliance at all times
Follow written review guidelines and escalate issues as directed
