This is a full-time, on-site position based in Delray Beach, FL. The Accounting Manager will be responsible for overseeing financial operations, including managing accounts payable and receivable, preparation of monthly financial statements, and reconciliation of accounts. The individual will implement and monitor internal controls, ensure compliance with company policies, and assist with audits. Additionally, the Accounting Manager will prepare financial reports, manage payroll processes, and support budgeting and forecasting efforts. Collaboration with other teams to optimize financial procedures will be a key part of this role.
- Strong accounting and financial management skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
- Proficiency in accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll processing
- Knowledge of internal control processes and compliance with financial regulations
- Analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to interpret financial data effectively
- Experience with accounting software and strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Effective communication and leadership skills; ability to collaborate across teams
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA certification is a plus)
- Prior experience in hospitality industry accounting is preferred but not required
