Your Focus
- Administer all aspects of the organization’s I-9 process and procedures according to federal regulations.
- Process and verify new hire information into the human resources information system.
- Assist with the new hire orientation and onboarding for corporate new hires.
- Complete special projects such as onboarding, compliance, and performance management process when adding new hotels and employees to the organization.
- Assist with the administration of pre-employment background checks and compliant adverse action processing.
- Assist with the communicating and data gathering of the company’s annual engagement survey.
- Assist in planning and executing office culture and events.
- Provide administrative support to human resources management staff.
- Perform other duties as requested by management.
Your Background and Skills
- Previous experience (1-2 years) in the human resources or hospitality field preferred.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage information flow.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work on independent tasks.
