We are seeking engaging Front Office Assistant in our Imaging Center to join our growing team. As part of the HHM team, you’ll create a welcoming environment and help ensure an exemplary patient experience.

Here's a sneak peek at what you'll do:

• Ensure patient waiting area is clean, organized, and welcoming to all.


• Treat all patients and guests with courtesy and respect by phone and in person.


• Schedule and confirm appointments, including mammography screenings


• Collect and verify patient information, insurance details, and required documentation


• Ensure all required forms (consents, questionnaires) are completed before imaging procedures


• Providegeneral guidance and support to patients, including those coming in for mammograms


• Ensure our patients are scheduled for care andtendedtoina timely manner.


• Partner with medical staff and care teams to resolve patient concerns.


• Collaborate with our enrollment and care teams to ensure a new patient experience.


• Ensures patients are up to date with accounts

What you need to succeed

To be a productive member of our team, you will have a pleasant and professional demeanor, be a self-starter, have the ability to work independently, strong communication skills and the ability to preserve confidentiality. You will also have the following:

• High school diploma or equivalent


• At least one (1) year of related experience, prior experience in an Imaging centerclinic is preferred


• Strong MS Office Suite skills (Outlook, Teams, Word,PowerPointand Excel)


• Experience witheCWor similar electronic medical record system


• Strong patient engagementand comfort level interacting with all individuals


• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
