Position Summary
The Regional Manager organizes and oversees daily operations of assigned region to meet the strategic goals of the organization. Responsible for setting and achieving departmental goals, change management, process improvement, business growth, efficiencies, forecasting needs, employee and customer satisfaction and retention, regulatory compliance, employee safety, and fiscal management.
Supervisory Responsibilities
- Provides training and direction Sr. Area Managers and Site/Area Mangers.
Essential Functions

- Oversees a team of Sr. Area Manager, Site/Area Managers, Janitorial Supervisors, Team Leads, Day Porters, Floor Tech and Cleaning Specialists.
- Recruit, hire, train, develop, and evaluate the performance of personnel.
- Proactively communicate with customer to determine satisfaction and recommend additional services.
- Forecast personnel needs and update annual budgets to ensure fiscal responsibility.
- Plan, lead, and monitor the daily activities of team in assigned region to ensure safety, compliance, and employee and customer satisfaction and retention.
- Evaluate regularly the efficiency of business procedures according to organizational objectives and apply improvements.
- Utilize key performance indicators to analyze efficiency and make decisions that promote profitability.
- Manage relationships/agreements with external partners/vendors.
- Evaluate overall performance by gathering, analyzing and interpreting data and metrics.
- Ensures compliance with federal, state, local, industry, contractual, and company regulations, standards, specifications, and best practices.
- Complete oversight for personnel and customer satisfaction in assigned region.
- Ensure team operates in compliance with federal, state, local, industry, contractual, and company regulations, standards, specifications, safety guidelines, and best practices.
- Perform general janitorial duties, which may include disinfecting and sanitizing.
- Overnight or extended travel to observe operations or meet with employees or customers as needed.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.

Physical Activities
The following physical activities are necessary to perform one or more essential functions of this position.
- Occasional periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Frequent walking, stooping, bending, crouching, climbing, pushing or pulling, and exposure to loud noises.
- Lifting, pushing, pulling, and carrying up to 30 pounds.
- Exposure to biohazardous material and chemicals commonly used in the janitorial industry.
- May use janitorial equipment such as vacuums, foggers, and floor scrubbers.
- Use of PPE such as latex gloves, protective clothing, safety glasses, and masks as needed.
Salary : $100,000 - $115,000
