We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Billing Specialist to support daily AR operations. This role is responsible for processing invoices, maintaining accurate financial records, assisting with reconciliations, and supporting payroll and month-end close activities. Key ResponsibilitiesAccounts Receivable (AR)
- Assist with preparing and issuing customer invoices and statements
- Record customer payments accurately and in a timely manner
- Monitor accounts receivable aging reports and follow up on outstanding balances
- Maintain accurate customer records in the accounting system
- Assist with reconciling AR sub-ledger to the general ledger
Payroll & Administrative Support
- Assist with payroll processing under supervision using accounting/payroll systems
- Support payroll data entry and record maintenance
Month-End & Reporting Support
- Assist with month-end close activities, including reconciliations and journal entry support
- Help identify discrepancies and escalate issues when needed
- Support internal audits and documentation requests
Cross-Functional Support
- Collaborate with accounting, operations, and HR teams as needed
- Perform other accounting or administrative tasks as assigned
QualificationsRequired
- 1–3 years of experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable, or a related accounting role
- Basic understanding of accounting principles (debits & credits, general ledger concepts)
- Experience using accounting software (QuickBooks or similar preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (basic formulas, spreadsheets)
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Ability to follow instructions, meet deadlines, and work independently
