Responsibilities:
- Assist with accounts receivable processing, including invoice tracking and payment application.
- Record and reconcile customer payments accurately in accounting systems.
- Follow up on outstanding invoices and support basic collections communication with clients.
- Maintain organized AR records, schedules, and supporting documentation.
- Assist with monthly AR reconciliations and reporting.
- Coordinate with internal accounting and client service teams to resolve billing questions.
- Support general accounting and administrative tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
- Assist with accounts receivable processing, including invoice tracking and payment application.

Required
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of accounting or finance (education or work experience).
- Strong attention to detail — accuracy is more important than speed.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (basic formulas, sorting, reconciliation).
- Organized, responsible, and able to follow procedures consistently.
Preferred
- Prior experience in accounts receivable, bookkeeping, or accounting support.
- Experience working with accounting or ERP systems.
- Previous work in a professional services or accounting firm environment.
