We are looking for a genuine and driven Marketing Analytics Manager to join our team. We are looking for YOU! This is hybrid position that requires working in person a minimum of 2 days per week at our Richmond Corporate Office.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Own the overall performance and execution of search engine marketing initiatives across assigned business areas, including SEM, PPC, SEO, and AEO, ensuring strategies drive qualified traffic, leads, and conversions aligned with business objectives.
  • Develop, execute, and continuously optimize paid digital campaigns across platforms such as Google, Meta, Reddit, and other emerging channels, including keyword strategy, bidding, audiences, creative testing, pacing, and optimization.
  • Maintain accountability for budget management and KPI performance, ensuring campaigns remain on budget, performance targets are met, and adjustments are made proactively based on data and business needs.
  • Serve as the primary digital performance point of contact for assigned business areas, operating in an agency-style account model and partnering closely with Business Area Leaders and OM Business Partners.
  • Ensure the accuracy, reliability, and ongoing maintenance of digital performance reporting, including monitoring Power BI dashboards, validating data integrity, and reconciling performance insights with source platforms such as Google Ads and GA4.
  • Partner with the Director of Operational Marketing on enterprise reporting and roll-ups, contributing accurate inputs, identifying trends or inconsistencies, and supporting cross-business insights and governance.
  • Collaborate with internal analytics resources and leverage appropriate tools or workflows to support efficient data flow, reporting performance, and troubleshooting of data integration issues as needed.
  • Act as a strategic thought partner on go-to-market initiatives, providing data-informed recommendations on new platforms, keywords, products, and SEM opportunities, and helping evaluate feasibility, risk, and expected impact.
  • Work closely with OM Business Partners to triage performance challenges, identify opportunities addressable through digital marketing, and support launches, promotions, and ongoing optimization efforts.
  • Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies related to search engine marketing and digital analytics, recommending tests, pilots, or optimizations that support continuous improvement.
  • Participate in regular performance, budget, and strategy reviews, clearly communicating insights, recommendations, and next steps to marketing and business leadership.
  • Collaborate with brand and creative partners to ensure digital execution aligns with approved messaging, creative standards, and brand guidelines.

REQUIREMENTS

  • A four-year degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field required
  • Minimum of five years of experience in digital marketing, search engine marketing, analytics, or performance marketing roles
  • Experience managing paid digital campaigns and performance-driven marketing initiatives required
  • Strong expertise in search engine marketing, including SEM, PPC, SEO, and AEO across multiple platforms
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and optimize paid digital campaigns with a performance and ROI focus
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret and reconcile data across platforms
  • Experience working with digital advertising platforms, analytics tools, and enterprise reporting dashboards
  • Ability to manage budgets, pacing, and performance against defined KPIs
  • Strong communication skills and comfort partnering with business leaders and cross-functional teams
  • Demonstrated ability in technical SEO and AEO content creation
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a fast-paced environment
  • Curiosity and adaptability when evaluating emerging platforms, tools, and digital opportunities
  • Possess and maintain a valid state driver’s license

HHHunt is committed to offering competitive pay. The annual base salary for this position starts at $75,876 and may increase depending on skills and experience.
