An Heirloom, our Concierge team supports the entire front of house as the first face and warm welcome, ensuring the guests have an immediate positive experience from their first greeting to their farewell.

The Job Responsibilities Are:
• Warmly greet and seat guests in the restaurant.
• Answer telephones, and take orders, messages and reservations.
• Work proactively to provide a unique experience by getting to know the guests during the reservation process.
• Ensure the overall guest experience exceeds expectations and anticipate guests’ needs.
• Use tact and good judgement when dealing with guest challenges and respond to guest needs with patience and courtesy.
• Assist with clearing, cleaning and resetting tables and maintain restrooms.
• Use proper phone and voicemail etiquette and guidelines.
• Understand and respond knowledgeably to questions about the restaurant and menu.
• Follow all steps of service.
Other tasks, such as cleaning and organizing, will also be done on an as-needed basis. In this position, a great attitude, problem-solving skills, strong communication abilities, flexibility, and a hard work ethic go a long way!
