POSITION OVERVIEW
We are looking for an experienced Interior Painter to join our residential construction team. This position is ideal for someone skilled in high-end residential painting, drywall preparation, surface finishing, and detail-oriented interior work.
Candidates should be comfortable working independently, maintaining high-quality standards, and contributing to custom home projects, renovations, remodels, and finish work throughout all phases of construction.
RESPONSIBILITIES
· Interior painting for custom homes, remodels, additions, and renovations
· Surface preparation including sanding, patching, caulking, drywall repair, and priming
· Brush, roll, and spray application experience
· Produce clean lines and high-quality finish work
· Protect floors, cabinets, trim, windows, and surrounding surfaces
· Maintain clean and organized job sites
· Work efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
· Communicate professionally with team members and supervisors
