What We’re Looking For:

• Trade experience (painting, drywall, carpentry, construction, etc.)
• Coachability and respect for a different system — you must be open to learning our way of painting, regardless of prior experience.
• Strong work ethic and pride in your craft
• Desire to work in a team-oriented, fun, and supportive culture

• PTO: 40 hours in years 1–3, 80 hours starting year 4

Expected hours: 40 – 44 per week
