$20–$23/hr Bonuses | Guaranteed 40 Hours Year-Round | Company Tools & Vehicles
This is not a standard contracting painter job.
Most painting work around here looks like this: a higher cash rate under the table, then you’re expected to drive your own car, supply your own tools, pay for your own gas, accept short days or days off when work slows down, and get laid off in the winter.

Brushes Over Broome is a professional painting company that runs year-round. We treat painters like real employees, not disposable labor.
What you get here:
- Guaranteed 40 hours per week, year-round (we do interiors in the winter so work doesn’t stop)

- $20–$23 per hour to start (we’ll match your current pay on a trial basis)
- Pay-for-Performance bonuses up to $600/month based on quality, efficiency, and contribution

- PTO: 40 hours in years 1–3, 80 hours starting year 4

- Trade experience (painting, drywall, carpentry, construction, or related)
- Valid driver’s license (required)
