Position: Rental Program Manager

Location: Sarasota, FL

Pay: Starting at $65,000/year

Experience: Prior experience managing a condominium or vacation rental program required.

Type: Full-time; Long-Term

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm (Saturdays needed at the beginning of the shift to learn turnover routine)

HH Staffing is seeking a Rental Program Manager to join a growing and dynamic team!

Job Description

• Manage daily rental operations including availability, reservations, booking flow, guest acquisition, and rate coordination
• Lead and supervise two Reservations Specialists
• Drive growth in occupancy and rental revenue while managing pricing effectively
• Oversee and optimize use of existing and additional booking platforms
• Manage inquiries, outbound advertising efforts, and convert bookings
• Re-engage prior guests through targeted campaigns
• Optimize BlueTent-managed website
• Initiate outbound marketing efforts to attract new guests
• Create and launch special promotions to improve shoulder-season occupancy
• Ensure professional, timely guest communication from inquiry through post-stay follow-up
  
  

Position Requirements

• Working knowledge of Rental Management software (e.g., Escapia), VRBO, Airbnb, and direct booking strategies
• Strong understanding of occupancy-driven revenue
• Comfortable working directly with boards and ownership groups
• Organized, accountable, and service-oriented
