Part-Time Office & Rental Support Associate

All Event Rental & Design is looking for a dependable, organized team member to support our office and operations team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys customer interaction, staying organized, and being part of a fast-paced environment.
What you’ll do:
• Answer calls from clients looking to rent event items
• Input and manage orders in Goodshuffle (we’ll train you)
• Support our admin team with rental contracts
• Respond to or route emails appropriately
• Help organize and stage incoming orders
What we’re looking for:
• Strong communication and attention to detail
• Comfortable multitasking in a busy environment
• Basic computer skills
• Must be comfortable around dogs
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
• Bilingual is a plus
