Type: Part-time; Temporary

Schedule

• Friday: 9:00am – 6:00pm
• Saturday: 10:00am – 5:00pm
• Sunday: 1:00am – 5:00pm
  
  

HH Staffing is seeking a professional and customer-focused Leasing Consultant to support leasing operations at an apartment community in the Palm Bay area. This role is ideal for individuals with strong communication skills, sales ability, and a passion for providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Job Description

• Greet and assist prospective residents
• Conduct community tours and present available apartments
• Respond to leasing inquiries via phone, email, and in person
• Process applications and assist with lease paperwork
• Maintain accurate prospect and resident records
• Follow up with leads and support occupancy goals
• Provide excellent customer service to current and prospective residents
• Assist with general office and leasing operations as needed
  
  

Position Requirements

• Bilingual skills are a plus, but not required
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
• Experience working in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment
• Strong sales and communication abilities
• CRM experience required
• Professional demeanor with strong organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and work independently
