Purpose of the job 

Our Account Managers are responsible for managing and delivering solutions for our clients through close work with internal teams and local partners. You'll need experience of working with clients and delivering ongoing solutions to resolve their challenges - taking ownership of various relationships and developing them further.

You will be supporting one of the world's most iconic beverage companies across a portfolio of leading brands. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a high-performing and rapidly growing team, delivering innovative marketing activation and retail solutions across multiple European markets. You will work on a diverse range of projects spanning both on-trade and off-trade environments - from branded merchandise and point-of-sale materials to 3D executions, retail displays, and outdoor furniture, you'll help bring some of the world's most recognized brands to life at the point of purchase and consumption.

The role operates on a blended basis between the local HH Global office, client / vendor site(s) and home as necessary.

Key responsibilities  

• Provide technical input and advice on branded merchandise and print projects as required
• Take briefs from the client including full specification details and deadline dates and manage from start to finish
• Suggest alternative options and innovation where possible
• Produce detailed specifications for internal and external clients based on client knowledge
• Brief suppliers on client requirements
• Manage the development of branded merchandise materials for a catalogue items
• Provide technical input and advice on projects as required, briefing suppliers on precise client requirements and delivering exceptional levels of customer service
• Monitor projects to ensure they are delivered to specification and on time while implementing new methods and procedures as required - collaborate across multiple teams and utilize HH Global’s full-service offering
• Deliver contractual requirements, prepare presentations and complete necessary account administration and reporting while keeping accurate records
• Deliver services to meet and exceed contracted SLAs while ensuring compliance with Regulatory and Company policies

Knowledge, Skills Experience 

• Experience in liaising directly with clients and advising on campaign print / digital solutions is preferred
• Previous experience working in marketing procurement essential
• Previous experience managing an Order Window process required
• Experience in troubleshooting unexpected project issues and implementing preventative measures is preferred
• Leadership and management experience is desirable
• Commercial bias / understanding and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously through time management prioritization skills
• Project Management mindset - process driven with a focus on sales and business development
• Experience in troubleshooting unexpected project issues and implementing preventative measures
• Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, presentation), with clarity of expression and the ability to present to and influence various stakeholder groups at all levels of seniority
• Excellent English language skills required
