Sr. Pipeline Engineer / Engineering Manager

HGA's Integrated Services division is seeking an experienced Pipeline Engineering Manager to lead engineering execution on complex pipeline projects. This is a great opportunity for a licensed Professional Engineer who enjoys combining technical leadership with team development and business growth.

In this role, you will lead pipeline engineering efforts from planning through delivery. You will guide and mentor a team of engineers, provide technical oversight, and partner with clients and internal leadership to keep projects on track. You will also contribute to business development and the division's strategic growth.

Hattiesburg, MS; Birmingham, AL; Lexington, KY; Shreveport, Ruston, or Monroe, LA; or The Woodlands, TX

Key Responsibilities

• Lead engineering execution for complex pipeline projects
  
  
• Manage and mentor engineering staff
  
  
• Provide technical oversight and quality reviews
  
  
• Support project planning, staffing, budgeting, and client coordination
  
  
• Assist with business development and strategic growth initiatives

Required Qualifications

• 15 years of pipeline engineering experience
  
  
• Professional Engineer (PE) license
  
  
• Significant experience supporting natural gas transmission, gathering, liquids, or midstream pipeline projects
  
  
• Strong understanding of pipeline design, routing, constructability, integrity considerations, and applicable industry standards

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior engineering management or team leadership experience
  
  
• Experience serving as Engineer of Record
  
  
• Client management and business development experience
  
  
• Familiarity with FERC, PHMSA, DOT, ASME B31.4, and ASME B31.8 requirements
