Business Operations Manager

Position Summary:

The Business Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing daily business operations, improving organizational efficiency, managing administrative functions, and supporting strategic initiatives. This position ensures operational processes align with organizational goals while promoting productivity, compliance, and high-quality service delivery.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate day-to-day business operations across multiple departments.
• Develop, implement, and monitor operational policies, procedures, and workflows.
• Analyze business processes and recommend improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
• Assist in budget preparation, expense monitoring, and financial reporting.
• Oversee vendor relationships, contracts, and procurement processes.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare operational reports for leadership.
• Support human resources functions including onboarding, workforce planning, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
• Lead and manage organizational initiatives and process improvement efforts.
• Collaborate with department managers to resolve operational challenges and achieve strategic objectives.
• Identify opportunities, enhancements, and operational automation.
  
  
  

Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Accounting, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of progressively responsible experience in business operations, administration, management, or related areas.
• Experience with budgeting, project management, and process improvement initiatives.
