What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance 2 - Associate position at HG External?
The Maintenance Tech II performs work in connection with the operation, maintenance, and security of building, grounds, and facilities in order to ensure efficient plant operation.
Schedule: FULL-TIME
- Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Pay range:
- $21.00 - $25.00/hour, depending on experience
To be successful in the role, you would have:
- 4 years of previous experience in building maintenance/construction, or equivalent
- Certification, license or equivalent as required under state and/or local regulation to operate or repair certain equipment in a technical field such as HVAC, building trades or building utilities program preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Current & valid Drivers’ License and driving record free of major infractions
A day in the life might include:
- Plans, schedules, coordinates, and inspects the work of outside contractors involved in the operation, maintenance, repair, and overall safety of buildings and the community.
