Hired Gun Weed & Pest Control in Kersey is growing, and we're looking for dedicated and hardworking Full-Time Field Mowing & Abatement Technicians to join our Mowing, Abatement, and Snow Removal Crews! What You'll Be Doing:

As a key member of our Field Tech team, you'll be responsible for:

• Expert Mowing: Maintaining lawns and properties with precision and care.
  
• Effective Abatement: Implementing various abatement techniques to manage vegetation and other site concerns.
  
• Teamwork & Autonomy: Collaborating effectively within a small crew, while also having the ability to work independently and efficiently.
  
• Attention to Detail: Ensuring all tasks are completed accurately and safely, adhering to project specifications and safety guidelines.
  
• Adaptable Scheduling: Being flexible with field schedules and ready to handle new situations as they arise.
  
• Seasonal Snow Removal: Contributing to snow removal efforts during the winter months to keep properties clear and safe.
  

Requirements

• A Clean Getaway: Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to the Kersey work location.
