This role requires traveling between office locations at City of Industry, CA and Las Vegas, NV.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Responsible for managing a fleet of company vehicles located at various distribution centers.
- Assist in recruiting quality drivers into the fleet.
- Develop efficient driver schedules to maximize profits.
- Analyze data to increase business operational efficiency.
- Take the lead in understanding, communicating, and resolving any vehicle issues related to safety, hardware & software failure, or preventative maintenance.
- Ensuring strict servicing and maintenance times to minimize downtime and maintain schedules.
- Proficient in strategic sourcing negotiations for purchases of fleet vehicles, equipment, supplies, support services, leasing, and rental agreements.
- Respond to and manage emergency situations with composure.
- Seek out new and innovative approaches to enhance the Company’s fleet-related performance.
- Maintain detailed records of vehicle servicing and inspection.
- Complying with U.S. Department of Transport laws and regulations.
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
- 2 years experience in logistics role.
- 2 years experience in supervisory role.
- Thorough knowledge of safe maintenance practices, DOT, OSHA, and other applicable federal and state regulations.
- CAFM certification preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple teams in different locations.
- Analytical mindset and good problem-solving skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong leadership skills, high energy, initiative and creativity.
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational and technical skills.
- Warehouse management experience is a plus.
- Bilingual Spanish is preferred
- BA/BS degree or 5 years of relevant experience in Information Technology, Automotive, or Fleet sustaining background.
