Primary Functions
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Merchandising Support Associate. The Merchandising Support Associate's main responsibilities are stocking shelves, sorting returned products, counting materials, computer data entry, and general housekeeping. The successful candidate will also be responsible for working with other shipping/receiving departments and maintaining all associated records. Candidates must have great communication skills and basic computer skills.

- Organize and maintain inventory in the warehouse.
- Recording of returns.
- Handling Return products (inspection, reporting, repacking, restocking)
- Keep the return area clean and organized.
- Follow safety guidelines and procedures.
- Customer Service (Effective communication with customers, providing a sense of urgency to get our customers materials. Work with Management on issue resolution, shortages, and product problems.)
