Position Summary
The Office Manager ensures the efficient day-to-day operations of the law firm by overseeing administrative functions, managing staff, and implementing office policies and procedures for their assigned office. This role is responsible for maintaining a productive work environment, managing resources, and supporting attorneys and legal staff to achieve firm objectives. The Office Manager serves as the liaison between management and staff, ensuring alignment with the firm's strategic goals. This position will also provide direct legal support for assigned attorneys.
Key Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities
- Manage office operations, including facilities, supplies, and administrative support.
- Full supervision of staff including performance management, talent acquisition, off-boarding and training.
- Provide administrative support to assigned attorney(s).
- Monitor deadlines, workflow, and productivity metrics to support attorneys and paralegals.
- Local point of contact for vendors and service providers.
- Plan and coordinate meetings, firm events, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Minimum of five years of experience in office management, preferably in a legal or professional services environment.
- Strong knowledge of office systems, procedures, and legal terminology.
- Highly proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with case management software.
- Exceptional organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and motivate a diverse team effectively.
- Capability to guide, mentor, and manage a team.
- Skill in handling multiple tasks and maintaining attention to detail.
- Ability to identify issues and implement effective solutions.
- Clear and professional interaction with all levels of staff and clients.
- Flexibility to adjust to changing priorities and demands.
- Maintains the highest standards of discretion and privacy.
