Job description
- Position: Correctional CNA
- Location: Dillwyn VA
- Shift: Day Shift (8:00 AM – 7:30 PM)
- Schedule: 3x12-hour shifts per week
- Contract Duration: 13 weeks
- Pay Rate: Maximum rate (as discussed)
Job Summary:
The Correctional CNA will provide basic patient care and support services to incarcerated individuals in a secure correctional setting. The role includes assisting with daily living activities, monitoring patient conditions, and supporting nursing staff while maintaining safety and compliance with facility policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist patients with daily living activities (bathing, feeding, mobility, hygiene)
- Take and record vital signs
- Report any changes in patient condition to nursing staff
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards
- Follow correctional facility protocols and security procedures
- Provide compassionate and professional care in a secure environment
Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
