Sectors served include automotive and transportation; building and construction; consumer and healthcare; oil and gas; industrial; energy, wire and cable; and rollers.

approach to process improvement. The ideal candidate will play a key role in maintaining and enhancing financial
systems and workflows while upholding high standards of accounting accuracy, efficiency, and compliance.
Responsibilities
- Lead the preparation, analysis, and delivery of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.
- Coordinate and perform month-end close activities, including journal entries, reconciliations, and variance analysis.
- Analyze financial results to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Provide financial data and analysis to support forecasting, budgeting, and planning efforts in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Maintain and improve accounting processes, controls, and procedures to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
- Act as a key user of the company’s ERP system; support system enhancements, process automation, and reporting improvements.
- Assist with internal and external audits, ensuring timely and accurate responses and documentation.
- Support compliance with tax, regulatory, and corporate reporting requirements.
- Contribute to departmental and cross-functional projects aimed at continuous improvement and operational excellence.
- Perform special projects and ad hoc analyses as assigned by management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required; CPA designation preferred.
- Seven (7) years of progressive accounting experience; manufacturing or industrial sector experience strongly preferred.
- Proficient in ERP systems and financial software; demonstrated ability to support system-related improvements or transitions; SAP or IFS experience preferred.
- Proven ability to lead or contribute to cross-functional initiatives and process improvement efforts.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; experience with data analysis and reporting tools such as Power BI preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work across departments and levels of the organization.
- High level of integrity, initiative, and accountability.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic and evolving environment.
