- Develop and implement enterprise data management strategies and policies.
- Establish data governance frameworks, standards, and procedures.
- Manage data lifecycle processes including data collection, storage, usage, and archival.
- Ensure data quality, integrity, and consistency across enterprise systems.
- Oversee data security and compliance with federal regulations and security standards.
- Collaborate with IT, analytics teams, and business units to support data integration and reporting.
- Manage data architecture, data models, and metadata management.
- Lead data management initiatives and coordinate with data engineers, analysts, and database administrators.
- Support data migration, system modernization, and cloud initiatives.
- Provide guidance on data governance tools and best practices.
- Prepare documentation, policies, and reports related to data management and compliance.
Required Qualifications
- U.S. Citizenship (USC) required.
- Active Security Clearance (Secret or higher).
- Bachelor''s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or related field.
- Hands- on experience in data management, data governance, or database management.
- Hand-on experience of leadership or management
- Strong understanding of:
- Data governance frameworks
- Data quality management
- Data architecture
- Data lifecycle management
- Experience with SQL, relational databases, and data warehousing concepts.
- Master''s degree in Data Science, Information Systems, or Business Analytics.
- Experience with cloud data platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Familiarity with data governance tools (Collibra, Informatica, Alation, etc.).
- Experience working on federal government or defense-related programs.
- Knowledge of data security standards and compliance frameworks.
